Jennifer is a highly accomplished results driven financial management executive with nearly two decades of progressive experience in finance and operations management. Jennifer specializes in start-ups and assisting entrepreneurs from initial idea to full commercial execution. In regards to experience, Jennifer has held the roles Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, Managing Director, and managing partner over the last 20 years. Jennifer's fields include Private Jet Aviation, including celebrity clients & former US Presidents. Jennifer has a consistent track record of establishing cross-functional partnerships to deliver results for billion dollar companies & demonstrating ability to streamline business operations that drive growth and increase efficient and bottom-line profit. Jennifer possesses two M.A, degrees in accounting and history from American University and a B.A. in Accounting from the University of North Florida. She is also the co-owner of TTU.

Odarte also holds a Culinary Chef Certificate from Le Cordon Blue in the UK. Odarte defines himself as an adept renaissance man, with many creative, artistic and practical skills.as he was been employed by world renown marketing companies. He is an astute visionary with a world conscience that embodies his multicultural upbringing and education. As a world traveler he has lived, worked and owned businesses in London, Ghana, and Washington D.C. these include Mélange Social Club, TTU, and The Peoples News.
